The Bro’kin Yolk | Canmore Kananaskis

The Bro’kin Yolk opened its doors on August 06, 2015, and since then, they have become a place where people from around Calgary and Edmonton (and now Canmore) come to convene and enjoy a family meal. Founded by brothers Gil and Jeff Carlos, with Gil overseeing business management as an owner, and Jeff leading their Back of House team as head chef, they’re dedicated to providing a warm atmosphere and delicious meals for all who walk through their doors. Why the name, “The Bro’Kin Yolk”? The Bro(s) – Owned by two brothers, Gil and Jeff, who have 20 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry. Kin – The goal is to make you feel at home, to treat you, and everyone else, like family. This includes staff members, customers, all the way to suppliers and partners. Yolk – The shining star in the menu. It also happens to be Organic, Omega 3 and Free Range from Countryside Farms. It doesn’t get more orange than that.
