Tank 310 is located on the third floor of the timber frame brewery on Old Canmore Road. Embracing the craft beer culture the executive chef has developed an approachable menu featuring seasonally inspired starters and salads, Alberta beef, oven-fired flatbreads, along with savoury classics. Their menu is designed to pair well with blonde Ales, full-bodied IPAs, innovative Lagers or their signature barrel-aged beers from their cellar. The Grizzle Paw brewery has been gifted panoramic views of the Three Sisters, Ha Ling Peak and Mount Rundle that can be enjoyed from the restaurant or adjoining patio on the 3rd floor. The venue is well-designed to accommodate groups and ala cart dining in either a public or private setting.
