Experience the thrill of ice climbing, one of the most exhilarating sports you can try! The Canadian Rockies boast some of the world’s top ice climbing spots, stretching from Banff and Canmore to Lake Louise, and we invite you to discover them for yourself. Let Canmore Young Adult Network and Yamnuska’s seasoned ice climbing guides introduce you to this incredible sport—don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!
Yamnuska’s professionally certified guides provide expert instruction and ensure an enjoyable experience. They supply all necessary equipment; simply arrive, get geared up, and you’ll head out to climb some ice.
Transportation is not included. Please meet at Grassi Lakes: “The Junkyards” 10 minutes drive from Canmore followed by a 20-minute walk. A great spot for first-time ice climbers and those wishing to brush up on skills.
The event takes place between 12pm and 3pm.
